Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to chart review sessions, weekly chart labs, and cohort programs offered by ThinkPath Market Desk Co., Ltd. ("ThinkPath"). By enrolling, you agree to these terms alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Live Swing Chart Review (90 minutes)

Full refund: Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time for a full refund of fees paid.

Partial refund: Cancel between 24 and 48 hours before start for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless ThinkPath cancels or reschedules due to instructor unavailability.

Rescheduling: One free reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability. Additional reschedules within the same booking may incur a 150,000 VND administrative fee.

2. Follow-up Review (45 minutes)

Same cancellation windows as the flagship review. Follow-up sessions must occur within 14 days of the initial review; fees for unused follow-up slots after 14 days are non-refundable.

3. Weekly Chart Lab

Monthly enrollment: Cancel before the first lab session of a billing month for a full refund of that month's fee. After the first session of the month, the monthly fee is non-refundable but you may attend remaining sessions in that month.

Drop-in seats: Non-refundable once confirmed, but may be transferred to another Tuesday in the same calendar month if we receive 24 hours notice and a seat is available.

4. Swing Review Cohort (6 weeks)

Deposit (2,000,000 VND): Refundable in full if you withdraw before cohort materials are sent (typically seven days before week one). After materials are distributed, the deposit is non-refundable.

Full enrollment (8,500,000 VND): If you withdraw after week one begins but before week three, we refund 40% of the total enrollment fee minus the deposit already applied. No refund is available after the start of week three, because instructor time and feedback slots are allocated.

Cohort cancellation by ThinkPath: If we cancel a cohort before it starts, all fees including deposit are refunded within 14 business days.

5. No-shows

Failure to attend a confirmed session without prior notice is treated as a cancellation within 24 hours — no refund. For remote sessions, joining more than 20 minutes late without notice may be counted as a no-show at instructor discretion.

6. Work already started

If an instructor has completed pre-session chart review and you cancel within 24 hours, we may retain up to 30% of the session fee to cover preparation time. Annotated deliverables are not provided for cancelled sessions.

7. Non-refundable items

• Sessions completed in full
• Cohort weeks already delivered with feedback returned
• Administrative reschedule fees once incurred
• Deposits after cohort preparation materials have been sent

8. Refund process and timing

Email info@thinkpathcore.click with your name, session date, and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are processed by bank transfer to the original payer within 14 business days. You are responsible for providing correct bank details.

9. Disputes

If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied, contact us within 14 days of our decision. We will review session records and correspondence before issuing a final determination.
