2. Nature of services

ThinkPath provides educational chart review training — live sessions, group labs, and structured cohort programs focused on swing trading chart analysis. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage services, fund management, or trade execution on your behalf. Content shared during sessions is for educational purposes; you remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. By booking a session you confirm that you meet this requirement and that information you provide is accurate.

4. Booking and payment

Session dates are confirmed in writing after you submit a request. Fees quoted on our pricing page are informational; invoices are issued upon confirmation. Payment terms are stated on each invoice. Failure to pay by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of your reserved slot.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, graphics, session materials, annotated chart templates, and branding — is owned by ThinkPath or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials without written permission. Chart annotations prepared during your session are licensed to you for personal trading use only; redistribution or commercial resale is prohibited.

6. Client materials

Charts and documents you submit remain your property. You grant ThinkPath a limited license to use submitted materials solely to deliver your session and, with your explicit consent, for anonymized training examples in group settings.

7. Conduct

You agree not to record sessions without prior written consent, not to share other participants' charts or comments from group labs without permission, and not to use our services for unlawful purposes. We may refuse or terminate service for disruptive or abusive behavior without refund where the termination is due to your conduct.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Services and website content are provided "as is." We do not guarantee trading profits, specific outcomes, or uninterrupted access to the website. Chart review is educational analysis, not a promise of market performance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Vietnamese law, ThinkPath and its instructors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website, including trading losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid session shall not exceed the fee you paid for that specific session or program.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify ThinkPath against claims arising from your trading activity, misuse of our materials, or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
